Shipping & Returns
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped out on the same business day excluding holidays and weekends. Any machine purchase will require a direct signature upon delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will then notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The Inogen One G4 (G5) Output Filter helps protect the user from inhalation of small particles in the system's airflow, assuring particle-free oxygen.
An output filter must always be in place during operation of your InogenOne G4 POC.
USAGE: The Inogen One G4's output filter is located behind the concentrators removable cannula nozzle fitting. For best results, the filter should be replaced on an annual basis. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.
